Join Crunch and Johnny G., the inventor of the Krankcycle – and the man behind the Spinning phenomenon – for the launch of Gunning Ride, a brand new class that combines a traditional Ride workout with exercises on the Krankcycle. It’s a radically new way to get both a hardcore upper and lower body workout. Johnny G., joined by Crunch instructors, will help kick things off by teaching several master classes through out the day. Space is limited and registrations will be accommodated on a first come, first serve basis.
