        • Kangoo is the exercise boot with bounce. Strap on a pair of Kangoos, equipped with springs on the bottom and hop, jog, and jump your way through this low impact workout.

        • AcroYoga
        • This class combines the spiritual wisdom of yoga, the loving kindness of Thai massage, and the dynamic power of acrobatics to create a safe, connected, and playful environment. Working together as human building blocks, you and your fellow participants will take your workouts to a new level as a group.

        • Bed Head Yoga
        • Toss your regular gym gear aside and roll into this yoga class in your PJ’s for some chilled out exercise. Whether you’re headed back to bed or off to work afterward, you’ll do so feeling totally relaxed.

        • Body Art
        • BodyArt, created by a physical therapist, blends movements from yoga, Pilates and dance to strengthen and align the body from head to toe. The ultimate goal of BodyArt training is to ensure correct function of the entire body through strength and stabilization exercises. Breathing techniques are also used to unite the body, mind and soul.

        • Broadway Dance Series - La Cage Aux Follies
        • Based on the hit Broadway show, this burlesque-inspired dance class puts a playful, risqué spin on the typical dance routine as you learn choreography from the actual show. Get ready to be just a little bit naughty. Look out for cast appearances and ticket giveaways!

        • Buddah Belly
        • Show your midsection some love with the yoga-related flow sequences performed in this class. Groovy tunes will help to get you in the right frame of mind and you’ll emerge with stronger abs, a more flexible body and a nurtured soul.

        • Cycology
        • This Ride class puts a focus on heart rate zone and cadence by incorporating the five energy zones of indoor cycling: recovery, endurance, strength, intervals and race day. It’s an intense workout that’s suitable for cycling champs and aspiring road racers alike.

        • Dance Steps
        • This class mixes equal amounts of floor work, step work and down and dirty boogie for one incredibly tasty workout. You’ll burn calories and have a blast doing so.

        • Forrest Yoga®
        • The Forrest Yoga® method is a hot and sweaty practice which gets you deeply connected to your core. Use heat, deep breathing and vigorous sequences to sweat out toxins, and sustained postures oxygenate and rejuvenate every cell.

        • Global Grooves
        • This amazing dance class will take you on a trip that crisscrosses the globe by teaching some of the world’s hottest dance styles: Afro-Cuban Jazz, Reggae, Soca, and Salsa – just to name a few.

        • Gunning Ride with the Krankcycle®
        • Put both your upper and lower body through their paces by combining a traditional Ride workout with exercises performed on the Krankcycle – a revolutionary piece of fitness equipment developed by Johnny G., the man behind the Spinning® phenomenon.

        • Lyrical Strength
        • Combine the fluid motion of lyrical, ballet and jazz dance with strength exercises for the perfect combination to improve strength and flexibility while creating long lean muscles.

        • Pilates Stride
        • This is a Pilates class for runners and it will teach you how to strengthen and stretch your muscles to avoid injuries. You’ll start out on the treadmill doing timed sprints and uphill climbs and then move to the mats for a Pilates workout designed to open up the body for more efficient running mechanics.

        • Rhythmic Pilates
        • Combine mat and standing Pilates exercises with Latin dance movements to create a flowing and rhythmical workout experience.  Participants will learn basic Rumba, Flamenco, and Bolero steps while increasing core strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, and better posture.

        • Gunning on the Krankcycle®
        • This pulse-pounding class offers a hardcore upper body workout – one that’s guaranteed to get you ripped. You’ll perform a series of exercises on the Krankcycle® (a revolutionary piece of fitness equipment developed by Johnny G., the man behind the Spinning® phenomenon). These exercises work your arms and torso and work them hard, making for one of the most intense group fitness experiences we offer. It’s a challenging class that, once you’ve tried, will have you gunning for more.

        • Beach Body
        • The countdown to summer starts here. In this class, we focus on sculpting and toning a different body part each week to get you ready to hit the sand and surf with a beach ready bod. Members who attend class regularly will be entered to win an all expense paid beach vacation for two.

        • Roll N Rock Abs
        • By making use of the innovative Akro Wheel, a piece of equipment that will have you doing ’rollin’ and rockin motions, this 30-minute class will work your core and lower back to improve flexibility and add strength. Can you say, “six pack?”
